Graham Stiles
Graham Stiles has spent more than a quarter century building businesses, developing leaders, and helping people navigate some of the most important real estate decisions of their lives. Throughout it all, he has remained guided by the same philosophy: relationships first, results always.
Recognized as one of North Texas’ most trusted real estate professionals, Graham is the Founder and Broker/Owner of NextHome NTX Real Estate, The Stiles Group, NTX Commercial, NTX Property Partners, and Thunderstruck Realty. Through these companies, he has created a platform that serves clients across residential, commercial, investment, and property management, while providing specialized expertise for every stage of the real estate lifecycle.
A graduate of Texas A&M University and a CCIM designee, Graham began his career in 1999 and has built a reputation grounded in integrity, innovation, and long-term relationships. Before launching his own companies, he spent more than a decade leading a multi-office commercial division across North Texas, gaining experience that spans residential, commercial, investment, development, and property management real estate.
As the founder of NTX Property Partners, Graham’s vision was simple: create a property management company that combines local expertise, responsive service, and modern technology to help owners maximize the value of their investments while delivering exceptional experiences for residents. That vision continues to guide the company’s growth throughout North Texas.
While his business is rooted in Fort Worth and the greater DFW area, his impact reaches well beyond it. Graham has trained more than 150,000 real estate professionals on national and international stages, earning a reputation as a speaker, coach, and business leader who delivers practical strategies that drive results.
Today, Graham focuses on the growth, leadership, and strategic direction of his companies while empowering a talented team of professionals to deliver exceptional service to clients every day. His commitment to building strong systems, investing in people, and fostering a culture of accountability has helped create organizations known for professionalism, responsiveness, and results.
Graham is also deeply committed to giving back. He leads NextHome’s Luke Day efforts in North Texas, supporting Canine Companions, and serves on the Board of Directors for the NextHome Disaster Relief Foundation. He remains active in local organizations, schools, and community initiatives throughout Fort Worth.
At home, Graham is a proud husband and dad to two boys, Hank and Garrett, and a dog dad to Elton and Buffy. Life is busy, loud, and full, and he would not have it any other way.

Tawney Smith, ABR, ACP, AHWD - Vice President, Operations
As Vice President of Operations for NTX Property Partners, Tawney Smith oversees the day-to-day operations and staff that keep properties running smoothly and clients well served. With a background spanning property management, owner associations, residential real estate, and commercial real estate, she brings a unique blend of operational expertise, industry knowledge, and client-focused service to every aspect of the business
Before entering real estate sales, Tawney spent more than a decade managing large multifamily communities and homeowner associations throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. That experience provided a strong foundation in property operations, vendor management, budgeting, resident relations, maintenance oversight, and asset performance, all of which continue to benefit NTX Property Partners’ clients today.
Since joining The Stiles Group in 2017, Tawney has built a reputation for being responsive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service. Her approach is rooted in honesty, transparency, and consistent communication, ensuring property owners always have confidence that their investments are being managed with care and professionalism.
A native of Lubbock, Texas, Tawney earned her bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University and has called North Texas home since 2004. She currently resides in Brock with her husband and children.
Tawney is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas REALTORS®, the Greater Fort Worth Association of REALTORS®, and the Society of Commercial Realtors. Her broad experience across residential, commercial, and property management services allows her to understand the needs of owners, investors, tenants, and vendors alike.
Whether coordinating property operations, supporting clients, managing vendor relationships, or helping implement systems that drive efficiency and results, Tawney is dedicated to creating positive experiences and delivering exceptional outcomes for every client served by NTX Property Partners.
Outside of work, Tawney enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, scuba diving, kickboxing, Jiu Jitsu, and volunteering with Saving Hope Animal Rescue.
Stacey Thulin, Executive Assistant
As Executive Assistant for NTX Property Partners, Stacey Thulin plays an important role in managing and supporting the team, and helping ensure a seamless experience for clients, residents, vendors, and business partners. She is dedicated to providing exceptional service and believes that strong communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail are the foundation of every successful client relationship.
Stacey embraces NTX Property Partners’ commitment to putting clients first by remaining accessible, listening carefully, communicating clearly, and responding promptly to questions and requests. Her organized and proactive approach helps keep daily operations running efficiently while providing valuable support to both clients and team members.
